Embroidery is a simple process of transferring a design onto material by stitching. Before any design can be embroidered, it must be digitized.
What is is embroidery digitizing?
Every time you see a shirt with an embroidered company logo or a hat with an embroidered sports team emblem, that design was "digitized." Embroidery digitizing is the process of converting existing artwork like a company logo or team emblem into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can sew on a garment.
Our embroidery department boasts over 30 years of experience. Each design is carefully digitized to gain the maxium "Wow" factor. Some shops may take a design that has been poorly digitized and pass that as the industry standard. Not here at Visual Ink. We always sew a sample before our machine even touches your garments. If the design isn't perfect, we will redigitize the logo and make sure it surpasses our standards. That's what we call making your vision a reality.
